SHIPPING POLICY

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

** COVID-19 NOTICE: please be aware that the current outbreaks of Covid in Australia are causing shipping delays. For inquiries regarding shipping delays it is usually best to contact the carrier direct using your tracking number for reference.**

We ship items for free once our order value is over a certain amount.

Orders Under $100 - $8.00 Flat rate Shipping 

When will my order dispatch?

All orders (except pre-orders) dispatch within 1-3 business days, excluding Public Holidays. Tracking information will be emailed out on the day that orders are shipped out.

How do I track my order?

Once orders are dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with all the tracking details. 

What delivery service do we use?

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and/or Sendle.                                                                            

I’ve incorrectly put in my shipping address?

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If this is incorrect, please contact us immediately hello@lustandco.com so we can contact the delivery service on your behalf. We cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.

My parcel is being returned to sender?

Orders that are returned to sender by fault of Lust + Co, we will cover postage and re-send the parcel out in the first instance. Unsuccessful deliveries that occur due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended, will require a postage payment to be made by the customer so this can be re-sent out. If not, a store credit will be issued.

Promotional Period Processing Time Frames

During busy periods (promotional sales, AfterPay Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee our delivery timeframes. We ask you to allow for an extra 24 hours from placing your order for dispatch. Thank you for your understanding!

Note:

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Can I combine my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders. We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has successfully processed.
